End-User License Agreement – Vireilo Ventures LLC

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of the VireiloOS Financial Hub application ("the Application"), operated by Vireilo Ventures LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). The Application is an internal business tool. By accessing or using it, you agree to these terms.

1. Internal Use Only The Application is provided solely for the internal business operations of Vireilo Ventures LLC and its affiliated entities. It is not offered to the public, and no third-party end users are intended or authorized. Access is limited to authorized operators of Vireilo Ventures LLC.

2. License We grant authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for its intended internal purpose. You may not copy, distribute, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or use the Application outside the scope of authorized internal operations.

3. Scope of Functionality The Application reads financial and accounting data from connected systems, including QuickBooks Online, on a read-only basis. It is used to view, organize, and summarize the company's own financial records. The Application does not initiate, process, or move funds, does not execute transactions, and does not write to or modify connected accounting systems.

4. Data and Connected Services The Application accesses data from third-party services (such as QuickBooks Online) only with valid authorization granted by the account owner, and only for the company's own accounts. Use of those services is also governed by their respective terms. Data accessed through the Application is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at [https://www.vireilo.com/privacy] (or your live privacy URL).

5. Authorization and Revocation Access to connected services is granted via secure authorization (OAuth) and may be revoked at any time by disconnecting the Application from the connected service or by contacting us. Revoking authorization stops further data access.

6. No Warranty The Application is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that financial information displayed is complete or accurate for any particular purpose. It is an informational tool and is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, or financial advice.

7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vireilo Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Application, including reliance on any financial information it displays.

8. Changes to This Agreement We may update this Agreement from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
